1. A forum for debate on science.
2. Medium of communication: English only.
3. The theme will be given on the spot but it will be limited to the latest technological issues.
4. The students have to give their views in support or against the topic.
5. No Internet will be provided for research work.
6. The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.
7. Appropriate words to address each other are to be used at all times.
8. It would be appreciated if the participants cite the references (if any) while giving their opinion on the topic.
